Autogenic training
Duties and responsibilities:” The technique involves the
daily practice of sessions that last around 15 minutes, usually in the morning,
at lunch time, and in the evening. During each session, the practitioner will
repeat a set of visualizations that induce a state of relaxation.”
Education: ‘You learn the exercises by reading about it or
watching a teacher, then practicing it for a few minutes several times a day.
Learning the exercises, either from an instructor or on your own, usually moves
at a slow, steady pace, taking 4 to 6 months to master all six exercises.”
Reflection: I would like to be one because I like any type
of work at the medical field and also because I find it interesting how human body can be treated like this without
any medicine.
